Office Admin work:
Assist the GM in managing office operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Ensuring the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to work
Providing administrative support to different teams or departments. Assisting with project coordination and logistics
Supervise office maintenance including infrastructure, electric equipment, air conditioners, water systems, etc.
Be in charge of Asset and Inventory Management
Assisting with invoice processing and billing
Manage petty cash and properly administer common expenses, purchase requests
Be in charge of
purchasing, preparing monthly payment list
Prepare a yearly budget and manage/maintain the budget of the department.
Support AGV members or clients during their stay in Vietnam including accommodation reservation, airport pick-up, tour booking, and any other assistance upon guests' requests.
HR work:
Maintain & always keep up-to-date the Personnel database and employees' information;
Handle document processing for personnel changes in the company upon request (promotion, termination, transfer, salary adjustment, disciplinary measure...);
Monitor and manage employee time off requests, including sick leave, vacation
Follow up staff performance appraisal; renewal of labor contracts, update of employees' promotion, transfer, termination and exit interview;
Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations
Monthly registration for new employees and reporting of social health and unemployment insurance (SHUI); Register for dependent relief
Coordinate and organize employee training sessions and maintain training records
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Assist in organizing internal and external events
Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews
Ad-hoc reporting related to headcount and cost to company as requested.
