Internal HR (70%)
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related inquiries and issues.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Support performance management processes and employee evaluations.
• Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Stay updated on labor laws, insurance, and personal income tax regulations.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
HR Consulting for Clients (30%)
• Provide HR advisory services: salary structure, policies, internal regulations, job descriptions,...
• Support client recruitment
• Advise on labor law compliance, C&B solutions, and organizational structure.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Law, or related fields.
• Over 3 years of experience in HR, with consulting experience considered a plus.
• Solid knowledge of labor law, insurance, and personal income tax.
• Strong communication skills and a client service mindset.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
