Assist in the recruitment process by posting jobs on job portals, social media platforms, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Support the onboarding process by preparing materials, organizing orientation sessions, and assisting new hires.
Assist with building recruitment channels (Facebook Fanpage, Tiktok,...) and employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
Provide administrative support in day-to-day HR operations.
Participate in HR projects, such as performance management, employee feedback, and policy updates.
Assist with updating and maintaining HR databases and reports.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR practices and people management.
Good at written and spoken English language.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Can use some editing apps/softwares (Canva, Capcut, Adobe Illustrator,...)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
