Role Purpose
To support the Human Resources team in recruitment, training coordination, and employee engagement activities, contributing to an efficient hiring process and a positive employee experience.
1. Talent Acquisition
Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms and university career channels
Screen applications for internship and entry-level positions
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and Hiring Managers
Conduct first-round interviews for internship candidates
Prepare and issue internship offer letters for successful candidates
Maintain recruitment records and update candidate information in the recruitment database
2. Training Coordination
Support the preparation and organization of internal training programs
Design training invitations and participation certificates
Coordinate training logistics and participant registration
Take photographs during training sessions to support Employer Branding activities when required
3. Employee Engagement
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and internal events
Design event invitations, registration forms, and communication materials
Prepare post-event surveys and consolidate feedback results
Capture photos and create short videos or visual content for internal communications and Employer Branding purposes when required
4. Other HR Support
Assist the HR team with administrative tasks and other assignments as required
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including document distribution, printing (if required), and processing monthly payments for collaborators and interns as requested
Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Yêu cầu
Education
Final-year student or fresh graduate in: Human Resources, Business Administratior, Psychology, Business Management Or related disciplines
Able to work full-time for at least 6 months
Language Skills
Good command of English communication, including speaking and writing
Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiar with Canva, Photoshop, or other basic design tools is an advantage
Comfortable using online collaboration and communication platforms
Personal Attributes
Passionate about Human Resources and Talent Acquisition
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Well-organized with good attention to detail
Responsible and able to maintain confidentiality
Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take ownership
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
