Hiring Purpose: New Hire
Working Time: 9:00 - 18:00, Monday - Friday
Working Location: 6th Floor, Tuong Viet Building, 95 Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, HCMC, Vietnam
OBJECTIVES
HR Intern will learn & support the HR team at all HR activities including but not limited to Administration, Engagement and Recruitment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Administration (60%):
Office management:
Monitor and ensure adequate supplies and stationery
Manage inventories, stationery/travel/event expenses, and maintenance costs of the company
Operations:
Proceed, follow up and update payment request
Manage papers and records of the HR Department in place
Receive, classify and transfer documents and correspondence to relevant employees/departments/clients as required
Assist in other tasks related to logistics, paperworks, etc.
Engagement (20%):
Assist in idea generation, planning and execution of engagement activities, teambuilding, year-end party, job fair, event, charity and other HR activities
Assist in releasing content for Internal-External Communication
Recruitment (20%):
Manage recruitment fanpage and career sites
Research, screen candidate profile, conduct interview processes and keep updated with candidates

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
3rd-or 4th- year students from any field, prefer to work fulltime
Good at Microsoft Office, English skills (reading, writing)
Strong communication skills, time management, eager to learn
Proactive, hard-working, ownership, integrity, teamwork, innovative
Creative, be able to develop content or use some basic design tools is a plus
Autonomous, be able to work remotely
Can commit at least 3-months internship program and can work full-time is a plus
