JOB DESCRIPTION
Support recruitment communications: Post jobs, create sources from multiple channels to attract potential candidates.
Participate in supporting the interview process and receiving feedback from candidates.
Research, contribute ideas and work with the department to implement projects to create candidate sources and build recruitment brands.
Perform organizing tasks for training sessions, including: Book calendar, arranging & handling the training attendance;collecting the post-training survey feedback after training, inputting data, and creating reports...;
Perform administrative tasks: Receive and classify and process documents/records; drafting documents and papers;carry out related human resources, administrative, accounting, etc. procedures;
Support the implementation of employee engagement activities
Calendar management, schedule meetings and manage logistics, timesheet keeping, meeting note-taking as requested;
Manage and periodically purchase tools and stationery;
Other tasks upon assignment by the Line Manager.
