The Purpose of Your Role
The Regional HR Intern supports the Regional HR Operations and Talent Acquisition teams in delivering smooth, compliant, and efficient HR and recruitment processes across the region. This role provides hands-on exposure to HR operations, recruitment coordination, and employer branding activities in a fast-paced, regional environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
HR Operations and Compliance
Directly support Senior Regional HR Operations Manager on a variety of administrative and coordination tasks to ensure efficient execution of HR responsibilities.
Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation, including creating new folders, filing employee and benefits paperwork, and supporting office administration.
Assist with core HR activities such as onboarding, offboarding/termination processes, and internal HR communications.
Support employee engagement initiatives and company social events across the region.
Perform general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned to support the HR and operations teams.
Talent Management Support
Support the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment coordination across multiple roles and markets
Assist in job posting management on recruitment platforms and internal channels.
Support CV screening and candidate shortlisting under guidance from the TA team.
Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and follow-ups with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date hiring records.
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities (e.g. career posts, hiring visuals, event coordination), where applicable.
