TASKS:
1. Human Resources Management
• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, interviewing, hiring) for all departments. Develop and manage a positive onboarding process for new employees.
• Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee HR inquiries, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
• Performance & Development: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems. Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs aligned with business needs and the unique culture of the music industry.
• Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, employee benefits, and leave management in compliance with local regulations.
• Policy & Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce company HR policies, ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
2. Office Administration
• Facility Management: Ensure the office environment is safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. Oversee maintenance and cleaning services.
• Procurement & Inventory: Manage the purchase and inventory of office supplies, equipment, gift... Negotiate with vendors and service providers.
• Team Event Planning: Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities (e.g., staff lunches, holiday parties).
• Administrative Support: Manage and optimize general office administrative processes and filing systems.
Yêu cầu
• Proven experience 5 years minimum in a combined HR, Administration, or Operations role, preferably within the Tech, Music, Entertainment, or a fast-paced creative industry.
• In-depth knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training, compensation, performance management) and labor laws.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English is mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency with HRIS/HRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Bonus Points
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
• Can speak Chinese (Mandarin) is highly desirable due to our potential international collaborations.
• Experience with facility management or lease administration.
• A genuine passion for and understanding of the music industry and digital platforms.
