Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an HR Manager (Construction, 2000$, ID17100):
Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across all levels of the organization
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
Develop and oversee comprehensive performance management systems, including goal-setting, regular performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
Manage the employee review process, including probationary assessments, annual reviews, and promotion evaluations.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure fair, transparent, and consistent review practices.
Design and implement initiatives to boost employee morale, satisfaction, and engagement.
Organize events and programs that foster team collaboration, cultural alignment, and a positive work environment.
Promote the organization as an employer of choice through employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
Ensure all HR processes and recruitment practices comply with local labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
Requirement
Male/Female I Age: 30 - 50 years olds
Bachelor's Degree in Garment in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
05 years of experience as HR Manager at outsourcing, staffing or construction, trading and services.
Proven experience in HR management, with expertise in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
Fluent in English.
