Up to $1600/month salary awaits! We're hiring a HR Manager (Manufacturing, ID 17378) for a foreign-invested company:
Develop and implement a human resources strategy that is aligned with the company's business objectives.
Take responsibility for the Human Resources Department's daily operations, such as goal formulation, cost management, planning, and coordination.
Maintain compliance with labor regulations.
Support the optimization of the company's organizational structure and operational processes in order to increase efficiency.
Create and manage the recruitment process to ensure the timely employment of eligible applicants.
Create a talent retention strategy, career development, and succession planning.
Requirement
Male/Female: under 45 years old
Graduated from University in HR major.
Have 5-8 years of experience in a human resources management role, experience in a manufacturing company is required.
Fluent in English.
