Mô tả công việc
• Manage and oversee all HR functions of a textile factory in VSIP Quang Ngai which includes:
- Recruitment and staffing: Analyze, plan, and implement recruitment programs; Attract, interview, and select the right candidates to meet an organization's needs; Monitor employee onboarding process.
- Training and development: Develop training policies and training monitoring systems. Evaluating employees' educational needs and designing programs to meet them.
- HR Procedures: Issue and maintain human resources policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements, customer standards, and factory operational needs (Labor regulations, collective labor agreements, basic labor policies, etc.)
- Manage compensation and benefits system by supervising C&B team and administering C&B policy/ operations (wage, bonus, benefits, social insurance, evaluation, rewards...); actively proposing and joining in initiatives to improve the company's policy and process to ensure competitiveness and compliance with legal and customer requirements.
- Compliance: Comply with customer standards (textile industry) to pass annual social responsibility assessments related to the HR system and policies.
- Performance management: Monitor, and supervise the appraisal of employee work results and counsel for employees and supervisors; Support all department managers to manage / control/monitor and appraise the staff.
- Employee relations: Develop dialogue programs and annual labor conferences. Develop a complaint management system, promptly receive and handle labor recommendations. Maintain harmonious labor relations by helping leaders build employee relationships, address employee concerns, and resolve disputes between employees and company leadership.
- Administration: Manage and monitor factory administrative tasks such as managing company vehicles, welcoming guests, organizing events, seminars, etc.
• Ensuring the bridge between the board of management and the staff; give advice/solutions to upper management and department heads on HR matters/ organization development.
• Other tasks carried out by the Board of Directors requirement

Requirement
• Education level: University Graduate; Understanding of laws in the field of expertise and customer standards (textile industry)
• Skill/competence requirements:
- Good leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Planning and organizing skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Good computer & English skill
• Experience requirements: 5-7 years of equivalent experience in manufacturing plants
