Job Description
Make recruitment plan and execute this plan (especial high level);
Propose and submit training plan, execute and follow up training plan;
Propose new policies on salary, bonus and other benefits based on labor market information;
Make and manage HR budget;
Update new government's regulations on labor field, make sure all HR activities are compliant;
Update internal regulation and communicate changes to all employees;
Builds positive relationships with employees through regular outreach and touch points. Becomes a trusted resource for counsel on a variety of HR issues.
Keeps a hand on the pulse of the office by routinely and proactively engaging with employees to sustain an ongoing understanding of office-wide morale, concerns, and important themes.
Becomes fully fluent in and maximizes a variety of HR systems.
Lead company internal communication program, coordinate with Creative team to run internal communication activities throughout the year.
Manages all projects as required & other responsibilities as needed from BOD.
Yêu cầu
Job Requirement
University graduate preferably in Business Administration or HR Management;
Minimum 5 year working experience in HR General Roles; including experience with recruiting and employee relations at Agency industry.
Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office);
Knowledge & skills on interview and recruitment;
Independence - work with minimum supervision;
Leadership skill;
Good oral and written communication in English;
Careful and Detail and Planning skill
