Manage recruitment from job posting and candidate screening to interviews and hiring.
Recruit tattoo artists,
sales staff, managers,
content creators, cleaners, and other positions.
Prepare employment contracts, NDAs, job descriptions, company policies, and employee records.
Build and manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Track attendance, working schedules, leave, probation periods, contract renewals, and disciplinary records.
Coordinate payroll information, commissions, bonuses, penalties, and employee benefits with management and accounting.
Create performance review systems, KPIs, warning procedures, and employee improvement plans.
Handle employee complaints, workplace conflicts, disciplinary issues, and terminations professionally.
Develop company rules, HR procedures, training programs, and staff handbooks.
Help managers improve communication, accountability, and team performance.
Ensure company HR practices comply with Vietnamese labor laws.
Provide weekly and monthly HR reports to the owner.
At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
Experience working as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, or Senior HR Executive.
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws, employment contracts, payroll procedures, and social insurance.
Strong recruitment, interviewing, documentation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Organized, responsible, confidential, and able to enforce company policies fairly.
Comfortable working in a fast-growing and creative environment.
Strong Vietnamese communication skills.
English proficiency is highly preferred.
Experience in hospitality, beauty, retail, service, or creative businesses is an advantage.
