About the Role
As the Compensation and Benefits HR Officer, you'll play a key role in managing payroll, insurance, and HR administrative procedures while contributing to the maintenance of accurate databases and systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly skilled HR team and gain invaluable experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Calculate and process payroll accurately and on time.
• Handle personal income tax (PIT) procedures, including code registration and annual finalization support.
• Manage social insurance, health insurance, and employee healthcare processes.
• Support HR administrative functions, including labor contracts, resignation procedures, and employee grievances.
• Maintain staff databases and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Contract Type: Fixed-term (Maternity Cover), starting from February 2025 Until September 2025.

Yêu cầu
• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources management, Business Administration/ Accounting/ Law or other related discipline.
• At least 3 year's relevant experience
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Knowledgeable in labour law and relevant legal documents.
• Able to communicate well with all levels of people; good writing skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of staff and organization records
• Detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• At least 3 year's relevant experience
