As a Human Resources Officer at APC Corporation, you will be responsible for handling C&B, employee relations, HR administration, and supporting daily office operations to ensure a professional and effective working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
• Manage employment contracts, personnel records, and update employee data on HR systems.
• Handle payroll processes: collect timesheets, track attendance, leaves, overtime, and coordinate with accounting for monthly salary payments.
• Manage and process social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance in compliance with labor laws.
• Monitor and update data related to employee benefits, allowances, and welfare programs.
• Support in organizing internal events, employee engagement activities, and training programs.
• Advise employees on company policies, labor regulations, and HR procedures.
• Prepare and submit periodic HR reports as required.
Administrative Support:
• Coordinate daily office operations: manage office supplies, stationery, and monitor equipment to ensure smooth functioning.
• Support logistics for meetings, training sessions, and company events.
• Work with vendors and service providers to maintain office-related services (e.g., cleaning, courier).
• Manage incoming and outgoing documents, letters, and correspondences.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by
HR Manager to support HR and office activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR generalist roles or focusing on C&B, HR administration.
• Good knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
• Strong English skill
• Strong skills in organization, communication, and problem-solving.
• High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic office tools.
