Mô tả công việc
• Responsible for HR activities: On-boarding, Off-boarding, Employee record, Employee documents, Employment contract, etc.
• Monitor and overview employee account by reconciling records timely and properly between internal HR systems (IBS, ERM, Leave record system).
• Manage employment offer letter and labor contracts issuance across legal entities.
• Perform all reports and activities under HR actives and other HR reports on time, comply with the Firm policy and the local legislations.
• Responsible for responding to staff inquiries related to benefits, Firm's policy and other HR procedures.
• Manage and support on expatriate areas: work permit preparation, immigration compliance.
• Regularly update new Law documents relating to labor code, tax, insurance etc. as compliance.
• Assist in the annual year-end review cycle in terms of HR database reconciliation.
• Performs other duties when assigned by Manager.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources management, Business administration or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years' experience in HR Operation and C&B practices is plus
• Good/updated knowledge in Labor law.
• Experience working with HR management system
• Familiar with procedures under company size of 300-500
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; especially expert user of MS Excel and numerically inclined.
• Consistently deliver work of a high standard of quality, precision and according to standards, procedures, rules, regulations and expectations.
• Good command of English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken)
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and work with limited supervision. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with appropriate discretion.
• At least 2-3 years' experience in HR Operation and C&B practices is plus
