HR Operation

Responsibilities:
Data Management:
● Input and maintain employee information, including personal details, job-related data, and performance evaluations, in the HR database.
● Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee records and update as needed.
● Generate reports and analytics using HR data to support decision-making.
Onboarding and Off boarding:
● Prepare new employee onboarding materials and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
● Facilitate the orientation process for new hires, ensuring they are familiar with company policies and procedures.
● Process employee exits and entries.
Employee Relations:
● Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
● Address basic employee inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate HR
personnel.
Compliance and Policies:
● Maintain knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements.
● Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
● Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
