1. Procedures related to entire employee life cycle:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system & HR data.
Procedures for evaluating contract new/renewal, ensure process align with the policy
Process benefit enrollment and changes.
Filling documents
Manage the offboarding process, including guidelines, handover confirmation, issue and return termination decision & social insurance for employee
Province guidance to employees and managers on related matters to C&B
2. Payroll, PIT, SHUI Processing:
Coordinate payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Verify and reconcile payroll data, Handle payroll inquiries and issues
PIT & SHUI Monthly declaration
Use TS24 for managing social insurance-related procedures.
3. General HR Support:
Provide administrative support to the HR department
Assist with various HR projects as needed.
Handle other assignment of line manager
