Mô tả công việc
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and file employment contracts.
• Oversee the probation period process, ensuring new employees are integrated effectively into the company.
• Provide support for employee relations, addressing inquiries, and resolving labor disputes.
• Assist in the formulation and updating of HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
• Lead key HR operational projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee and coordinate all procedures related to work visa applications.

Yêu cầu
• College degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR operations, with a track record of managing teams.
• Proficient in labor laws and regulations and HR management best practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and as a team player.
• Expertise in office software, particularly the Microsoft Office suite.
• Good command of Chinese, both written and spoken.
Workplace Policies and Agreements
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: from 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM.
- Saturday: from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
