Mô tả công việc

Assist HR Director to monitor HR processes, employees' labor contracts and employees' personnel database
Manage all promotions for workers during fiscal year in consultation with relevant production managers/ supervisors following company assessment process, to ensure reflection of competences and performance
Coordinate with relevant Line Managers and C&B Manager to ensure annual salary revisions are aligned within employees' new roles and reflection of competences and performance
Develop and implement annual training plan based on business requirements
Coordinate with payroll team for a smooth and on-time monthly payroll payment
Closely work with Line Managers and HR management team to effectively facilitate development plans for people and to ensure Performance Development Review process (PDR, Mid-year review and year-end review) done properly and on time
Identifies/monitor legal requirements and government regulations affecting Human Resources function. Ensure HR practices are in compliance with legislative requirement
Develop HR policies and procedure to support business and monitor the disciplinary process
Plan, organize and manage all company events, activities and programs
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by HR Director
