4 SATURDAYS OFF/MONTH (Since Mar. 2025), Leave office at 4 pm on Friday.
Free Shuttle bus from Ba Ria Vung Tau/ Cantavil Thu Duc/ Thu Duc Crossroad/ Bien Hoa to Nhon Trach (our factory - 40 minutes for travelling)
"Star of the Month" bonus: 2.000.000 VND/Month
Health care insurance (after probation) + For Family
Performance Evaluation bonus yearly
Public holidays and company day bonus up to 2.000.000 VND
Participate in team building activities 600.000 VND/year.
Year end bonus
3 Years Service/Contribution Award: Medal & 2.480.000 VND (half-month regional salary)
5 Years Service/Contribution Award: Medal & 4.960.000 VND (1-month regional salary)
Each next 5 Years Service Contribution Award: Medal & 1 gold thread (1 chỉ vàng)
Extensive training opportunities from third parties, including IATF: 16949, 5 Core Tools, VDA6.3, ISO 27001, Tisax, and more.
Collaborate in an English speaking, professional workplace.
* JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for supporting the HR Manager in all human resources functions, especially the Recruiting, Training, and Compliance functions.
Recruitment
Build the talent pool and provide manpower on time
Manage end to end recruitment process
Consult HR Manager recruitment strategy and lead recruitment team to achieve the recruitment KPI
Recruit directly key position in factory
Training
Manage training team and build/ consult the training program for company culture development, efficiency in production
Build up TNA and measure post- training efficiency
Manage on the job training and off the job training
Compliance
KPI Management
Ensure compliance based on ISO standards (IATF16949, SA8000, ISO27001, TISAX, ISO14001, ISO45001 etc.) and customer requirements
Corrective action plan implementation after Auditing (if have).
Other tasks
Development and implementation of HR objectives, policies, and practices.
Take responsibility for social media in Action Composites
All HR-related issues
Report to HR Manager
Subordinate: 4 staffs

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's in human resources management or related major
Good at English communication skills and good microsoft office (excel)
At least 3 years of experience in HR management level position in manufacturing company is required.
Master knowledge in recruitment, training, compliance concept
Solid knowledge and experience in labor law, social insurance, and income tax issues in Vietnam
Preferably experience in an international environment/ organization
Bachelor's in human resources management or related major
Good at English communication skills and good microsoft office (excel)
At least 3 years of experience in HR management level position in manufacturing company is required.
Master knowledge in recruitment, training, compliance concept
Solid knowledge and experience in labor law, social insurance, and income tax issues in Vietnam
