Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate with departments to identify recruitment needs.
Contact candidates, arrange interviews, and support onboarding activities.
Conduct induction training for newcomers and maintain training records.
Update and maintain employee profiles and personal information.
Prepare, renew, and manage labor contracts.
Attendance, Benefits & Payroll Support
Manage daily and monthly attendance and overtime reports.
Ensure data accuracy for working hours, absenteeism, and overtime limits.
Prepare and submit Social Insurance (SI) reports for new hires, resignations, and maternity/sick leave payments.
Handle stationery, PPE, and employee gifts (PR/PO, delivery management).
C. Reporting & Data Management
Prepare and update daily/weekly/monthly HR reports, including: Working hours, attendance, and overtime data., KPI reports: Absenteeism, Turnover, Training hours per person, Overtime hours, and Headcount.
Support the
HR Manager in providing accurate HR data to HQ and internal control departments.
