hr specialist ( Chinese Speaking)

- Manage HR operations such as preparing and maintaining of personal files, including onboarding, confirmation, off-boarding, tracking of service confirmation, contract expiry, etc
- Collaborate with training and relevant departments to implement the learning and development courses. Support the Learning & Development department when necessary.
- Ensure timely and accurate HR information system/ database updates/ internal systems, including personal employee data/ leave/ documents. Make monthly internal HR reports for relevant departments.
- Collaborate with Hiring managers to identify recruitment requisitions. Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and facilitate selection.
- Coordinate and conduct orientation meetings for new hires. Provide company policy guidance and interpretation to employees.
- Support to organize company event such as company birthday, walking challenge, YEP, ect. Support ER department if needed.
- Provide admin support to all colleagues when requested. Assist in employee relations matters and conflict resolution.
- Arrange for the purchase of office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Other tasks assigned by Managers.
