Mô tả công việc
1. Internal Communication.
- Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of internal company events designed to foster connection, provide engaging activities, and promote company culture across all employees.
- Conceive and craft bilingual content (Vietnamese and English) for internal communication materials, including videos, posters, banners, flyers, brochures, and other publications
- Serve as MC and event facilitator for major corporate gatherings, ensuring each interaction delivers an exceptional experience.
- Promote the implementation of corporate culture and work together with managers to build high-performing and highly cohesive teams.
2. Human Resource Business Partner.
- Assist in arranging interview, managing offer process within assigned business unit.
- Support talent reviews, incentive distribution, and the optimization of talent pipelines to enhance the organization's combat effectiveness.
Yêu cầu
1. Educational background: A bachelor's degree or higher is required. Candidates with a background in human resource management, business administration, language, or related fields will be given priority.
2. Work experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR (Open to fresher). Candidates should have experience organizing internal events and a willingness to expand their knowledge in areas such as recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management. Ability to adapt and apply expertise to meet business needs is essential.
Competency requirements:
- Interpersonal communication and coordination skills, with strong abilities in Chinese expression and information integration.
- Be proficient in editing tools such as: Canva, Capcut.
- Problem analysis and solving skills, along with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
