- Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with company goals and individual needs. - Identify skill gaps and training needs through assessments, surveys, and discussions with managers. - Source and curate training materials from internal and external sources. - Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching programs. - Track and measure the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives. - Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, including progressive discipline, conflict resolution, and performance management. - Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. - Plan and organize employee events and activities. - Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. - Partner with other departments to create a positive and inclusive work environment. - Organize and participate the activities of company. - Other HR relation tasks.

* Education - University Degree, Major in Human Resources, or in related fields * Experience - Minimum 2 year HR experience, at least 1 years extensive experience with Learning & Development or/and Employee Relations & Engagement * Skills and Abilities - Strong understanding of learning and development principles and practices. - Experience in designing and implementing training programs. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good Written and Spoken English; - Self-starter and proactive; should have the ability to plan, schedule and arrange own activities to accomplish objectives; - roactive, enthusiastic, creative, embrace changes, performs under pressure - Skilled in Computer Operation (MSOffice, Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc) * MENTAL & PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS - Mental Effort - Ability of working under pressure; - Ability to solve problems and make decision in short period. - Working Conditions - Office and manufacturing facility environment
