Responsibilities
Set a HR policy and system.
Handle payroll and related social insurance and personal salary tax.
Work with third parties accounting firm for banking, accounting and tax issue.
HR Operations: Payroll & Administration; Recruitment & Contract renewal etc.
Setup and handle daily operation of Vietnam office.
Ensures smooth office administration; maintains proper filing and record.
Assist in ad hoc projects as required

Requirements
Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
At least 3 years' experience in HR & Admin function
Good communication skills in English (verbal & written).
Strong knowledge of labour legislation and payroll processes.
Diligent, responsible, able to work independently and meet deadlines
