IT Global company (Hanoi office) is now looking for HR Generalist focus on
1. Organization & Development
2. Training & Development - E-learning & Offline
3. HRBP
1. Learning & Development Specialist
- Become a full-time lecturer in charge of directly teaching soft skills training programs
- Designing and implementing offline training programs (face-to-face training), online training programs (E-learning) and appropriate learning solutions
- Responsible for building and developing internal teaching staff
- Making and implementing learning and development plans for the company and departments
- Consulting on learning and personal development plans for company employees
- Developing a system of training processes, regulations and policies
- Identify needs and participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure effectiveness and meeting training objectives
- Coordination of training programs

2. Organization & Development Specialist

- Research, design, develop implementation plan:
- Performance rating system
- Salary system and remuneration policy
- Organizational model and structure
- Talent management & development
- Competency Framework
- Standardize the system of titles and job descriptions
- Other projects related to research, analysis and solutions to develop organizations and people in general
- Directly communicate and train HRBPs to master the orientation and implementation methods of projects inside the Business Units

3. Requirements

- From 2 to 8 years working experiences related to L&D | O&D | HRBP in any industries
- Prefer experiences in IT companies
- Knowledgeable about HR policy, about to build up and understand HR system & strategies
- Skillful and able to teach soft training courses
- English user (communication level)
