Our client is an AI data services company specializing in Embodied AI. They collect real-world data to help robots learn to see, move and act, and work with well-known manufacturing groups, chain enterprises and technology companies. They are building their Hanoi team from scratch, so you would be one of the first HR hires.
The role: You will lead hiring for the new Vietnam team, from professional roles to large groups of entry-level data collectors. You will also give day-to-day HR support to staff as the team grows.
What you will do:
Handle the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding
Hire for about 2-5 professional roles and 10-30 data collectors
Post jobs on LinkedIn, job portals and community groups, and build a talent pool
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and keep candidates updated
Track hiring progress and share simple weekly reports
Support staff with HR questions, labour contracts and employee files
Help set up simple HR processes as the team grows
What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or a related field
2-3 years in recruitment in Vietnam (agency or in-house)
Experience hiring for several roles at once; experience with high-volume or entry-level hiring is a plus
Knowledge of Vietnam labour law basics
Fluency in English and Vietnamese
Comfortable with Excel and MS Office
Organised, proactive and good at communicating with candidates
Happy to work in a new, fast-moving team
Salary: VND 15,000,000 - 20,000,000 / month
Working Arrangements: Onsite (WFH or Hybried can be considered)
