Mô tả công việc

1. Talent Acquisition
* Manage Hiring Process:

Implement all recruitment activities of Company including preparing interviews, administering tests, checking references and background, and other related jobs.
Manage all admin tasks within recruiting process: making offer letter, guide the candidates to fill in information form and submit personal document ...
Follow up and filing recruitment document and potential CV for future using
Build networks to find qualified candidates through headhunters, recruitment agencies, universities, job fairs, schools and the communities where the mine operates to seek qualified candidates

* Manage Probation time:

Arrange orientation program, introduce company's policies and labor code for new employees.
Work with Managers/line managers of new employees to guide them job requirements, which will be used to evaluate probation period, manage employee probation time.

2. Organizational Development

Assisting in identifying new skill requirements, develop and maintain a skills and training matrix across all departments to ensure all staff are properly trained and certified as competent to perform all their functional duties. This will require the development for training packages across all departments throughout the organization. Skills and training matrix to be a 'live' document and readily available to various departments across the organization
Identifies training and development needs of employees and conducts or recommends appropriate training programs. Evaluates training recommendations of department heads for their staff.
Acquiring and retaining talent.
Supporting succession planning and mentoring projects.
Establishes and implements performance evaluation program.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

3. Reporting and data

Update hiring tracking status, make weekly/monthly recruitment report.
Prepare other reports required by law.
Managing compliance issues and record keeping.

4. Performs other related duties as may be assigned by Manager.

Yêu cầu

1. Education: Graduate in Human Resource Management, or AB/ BS in Psychology, or Bachelor of Law.
2. Experience: At least 2 (two) years as HR Officer/ Recruitment role in foreign owned companies.
3. Others:

Very proficient in both oral and written English
Computer literate
Excellent interpersonal skills
High level of integrity/confidentiality
Conversant with Vietnamese Labor Law in principle and practice

Quyền lợi

2. Recommends salary of employees based on established salary scales.
3. Imposes, or recommends the imposition of appropriate sanctions for infractions and violations committed by employees following established disciplinary procedures
