Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment
· Implement recruitment activities: sourcing, screening candidates, conducting interviews...
· Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, recruitment events, referral programs, and partnerships, to reach and attract workforce.
· Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
· Negotiate terms regarding salary, benefits, working conditions, and draft job offer letters in accordance with company policies.
· Proactively monitor the sourcing plan for each assigned position daily and weekly to ensure the lead time of the sourcing process is met.
· Review and evaluate candidate profiles from the overall available market pool and store resumes in the HR management system.
· Conduct exit interview and analyze the reasons of resignation.
· Coordinate with universities, events in relation to targeted hires.
2. Others HR Activities
· Collaborate with the region to promote employee morale and engagement activities.
· Manage HR activities in the Region
· Act as an intermediary to receive and mediate HR-related issues within the Region.
· Proactively provides HR/Admin policy guidance and interpretation to employees in need.
· Performs other ad hoc & related duties as assigned

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· Graduated from University, major in Human Resources management, Business administration,[protected info] relevant areas.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in HR field, experience in Retails is an advantage.
· Strong experience in Recruitment, especially in mass recruitment.
· Good verbal and written English communication skills is an advantage.
· Ability to support, guide, and consult with managers throughout the hiring process.
· Experience with passive talent outreach to build talent pools.
· Knowledge of HR related regulations and laws of Vietnam
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Excel)
· Located in Bien Hoa, Dong Nai
