Admin & HR Staff

- Receiving recruitment request of all departments in the Company, making recruitment plans. Coordinate and organize the implementation of those plans
- Drafting internal recruitment announcement, job postings on recruitment channels and conduct recruitment
- Analyzing resumes, screening/selecting the list of candidates after interview, checking reference information
- Responsible for recruitment results, summarizing interview results, reporting successful applications and announcing interview results
- Create recruitment data base, update the rejected candidate in HR System, send email to rejected candidates, build up relationship with Headhunters
- In put their personal information and maintain employee profile and Personal File & issuing employees card and other HR works
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager.
