HR Specialist

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, payroll coordination, and employee engagement. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of HR experience who is eager to grow in a fast-paced, international working environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Prepare employment contracts and maintain employee records.
• Coordinate onboarding, probation, and offboarding processes.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and support monthly payroll preparation.
• Manage social insurance (BHXH, BHYT, BHTN) and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and company policies.
• Organize employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Support HR reporting, documentation, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with management to build a positive and high-performing workplace.
