Mô tả công việc
Recruitment:
- Make the headcount planning based on the request of the BU Head and Function Head.
- Conduct the staffing activities by determining the appropriate hiring channels (headhunter, posting service, newspaper, online, job fairs, networking, internal...) to utilize the candidate pool.
- Screen CVs and arrange interviews with managers; follow up and consult managers to hire the right candidates in the shortest lead time.
- Input newcomers' information to HRIS.
- Manage recruitment budget, data and report.
Training and Development:
- Survey company and departments' training needs to build the annual master training plan.
- Conduct approved training courses for the targeted employees following the Training SOP, internally or externally (by training vendors or experts).
- Follow up and evaluate the training effectiveness.
- Manage training budget, data and report.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation training for newcomers.
Other tasks:
- Support organizing the company's activities of employees.
- Cooperate with Audit to ensure HR compliance.
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and when required.

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor of business administration, human resource management or relevant majors.
- 1-5 years in HR, especially strong in recruitment.
- Good at English (both verbally and in writing)
- Computer skills (Ms. Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook), Canva
- Communication skills with Impact, Interview, Negotiation and Teamwork Skills
- Understand Labor Law and Regulations.
** Workplace: Amata City Ha Long JSC: Song Khoai IP, Song Khoai Commune, Quang Yen Town, Quang Ninh Province.
** Working Time: 8:00 - 16:30, Mon - Sat (Employee can work from home on Saturday if there is no training, event or any request from the department).
** Shuttle bus: Ha Long, Hai Phong, Medical Center Quang Yen Town.
