HR Staff (Recruitment & Training)

*** Working location: Plot G2, Thang Long II IP, Lieu Xa, Yen My, Hung Yen
*** The employee's roles & responsibilities include but are not limited to the following tasks:
1. Develop and Execute Recruiting Process and Plans
• Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
• Act as a member of recruitment interview panel.
• Obtain and assess reference checks of the candidates (if necessary).
• Maintain recruitment database of qualified or potential candidates for current and future needs.
• Be responsible for press advertisement placement and able to recommend innovative and creative design in order to get best results.
• Develop and improve the recruitment processes to be more innovative and cost effective.
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment matters.
• Control recruitment expenses within the budget.
• Conduct exit interview and analyze the reasons of resignation.
• Identify and build on potential partnership opportunities to enhance our employer brand and relationships with external partners such as associations and communities to establish a talent network and talent community and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates.
• Coordinate and Implement University/College/Vocational Training School Recruiting Initiatives, Job Fairs, Career Day, etc.,
• In charge of on-boarding procedures for new-comers.
2. Training
• Arrange Orientation Training for new-comers.
• Support to implement annual training programs.
3. Other tasks & responsibilities as assigned by Leaders.
