HR Staff

*** Job context

DSCS HR department has three core functions:

- Organization administration

- Employee administration

- Payroll administration

HR staff is one of the key positions of HR



*** PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB

Developing and realizing the HR policy in the Company.

Being more responsible for tasks required by HR manager and Finance manager.



*** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACTIVITIES

1. HR procedure implementation

- Following the internal rules, regulations of the Company regarding to labor organization in compliance with Vietnam Labor Code.

- Managing the Company HR procedures including labor contracts, appointment, demotion and dismissal of the Company staff.

- Managing all necessary procedures including resolutions on sending staffs for training programs/ business trips, air-tickets, travelling assurance and the related policies.



2. Training management

Concentrate on Training Plan and administer training programs to ensure that employees have the skills and knowledge to meet the organization's business objectives

- Carry out training needs analysis by assessing the workforce's current skill levels and compare them with the skills required to meet future business objectives.

- Discuss training requirements with departmental heads and develop training programs to improve skills throughout the company.

- Evaluate training suppliers and courses needed to meet training and development goals.

- Develop relationships with training partner companies to provide these long-term requirements.

- Damen academy management

- Individual development plan follow-up (training part)

- Control DSCS library: manage library online and offline (write introduction about book online, co-operate with secretaries to manage book borrowers...)



3. Manage/ administer the co-operation training program with vocational schools

- Recruit students: co-operate with vocational school to recruit

- Arrange training courses

- Manage student profile

- Set up necessary training facilities ...



4. HR related reports

Drawing up, processing and updating HR related reports as per Manager's request



5. IFS scenarios

Updating employee data of training and related to training in IFS



6. Being responsible for tasks required by Manager

In accordance with specific requirements of manager.
