Developing and Implementing HR Policies:
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with the factory's business strategy.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and the company's internal regulations.
Build and maintain an effective performance management system and evaluate employee capabilities.
Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Management
Design and manage the compensation, benefits, and other employee reward systems.
Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
Propose and implement benefit and reward programs to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
Recruitment and Training:
Develop recruitment and training plans to meet the factory's growth needs.
Implement training programs to enhance employees' skills and professional development.
Administrative HR Management:
Manage employee records, labor contracts, and related administrative procedures.
Resolve HR issues, including disciplinary actions, labor disputes, and employee relations.
Creating and Maintaining a Positive Work Environment:
Organize activities to engage employees and build a positive company culture.
Ensure a safe, healthy work environment that promotes employee development.

Yêu cầu công việc
At least 3 years' experience in C&B, HR policies and HR internal relations
Good English communication
Be able to work at Long An factory
Good English communication
Be able to work at Long An factory
