Strategic planning: collaborate with
business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that align with overall business objectives.
Change management: support the organization in change processes, both planned and unexpected. They implement and develop strategies to minimize resistance and maximize employee engagement.
Build plans, analyze company profit-and-loss statements, and output spreadsheets and other data files.
Manage activities such as negotiations and conflict or crisis resolution.
Develop, implement, and monitor HR solutions, programs, and policies.
Performance management: ensure that performance management initiatives are efficient, compliant, and consistent with the company culture.
