Yes4All is now one of the leading companies for innovative home fitness equipment fitness and home & office furniture on Amazon. With doubling the revenue each year, Yes4All is gradually confirming its position in the e-commercial market. We are on an ambitious journey to dominate not only Amazon sporting goods market but also to enter new e-commerce markets from many regions like Canada, Europe, Japan. Not only that, we do not emerge at only sporting goods, Home Furnishing and Mobile Platform are great opportunity that we desire to enter and occupy. 1. HR Business Partnership:
· Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support them.
· Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
2. Talent Acquisition:
· Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
· Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
· Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
· Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations during the hiring process.
3. Employee Engagement:
· Promote a positive workplace culture by implementing employee engagement initiatives and activities.
· Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and develop action plans to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
4. HR Policy and Compliance:
· Stay current with HR laws and regulations and ensure company policies and practices are compliant.
· Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
5. Team Leadership:
· Supervise and mentor junior HR team members.
· Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
· Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HRBP roles and 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition positions.
Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition practices and processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in HR software and systems.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
