This role is key to fostering an engaged and high-performing workforce while ensuring HR strategies and operations are aligned with business objectives. The HRBP Manager will lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR activities, including talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, performance management, and compliance with Vietnamese labor laws.
Roles & Responsibilities / Vai Trò & Trách Nhiệm
Recruitment & Staffing
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet organizational staffing needs.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new employees.
• Oversee attendance management, leave tracking, and maintenance of employee records.
Employee Relations
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.
• Support and guide managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement.
• Promote a positive work environment and ensure adherence to company values and policies.
Training & Development
• Identify training needs and design training programs to support employee development.
• Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires.
• Support career development planning and competency-building initiatives across the organization.
Payroll, Compensation & Benefits
• Oversee monthly payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage benefits administration, including insurance, welfare programs, and employee activities (holidays, celebrations, etc.).
• Ensure alignment with local labor regulations and company policies.
Policy Development & HR Compliance
• Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor law and employment standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all HR and employee data.
Performance Management
• Manage and coordinate performance appraisal cycles (KPI/OKR or company-specific frameworks).
• Support managers in setting performance objectives and evaluating employee performance.
• Recommend improvements to enhance productivity and employee engagement.
HR Reporting & Administration
• Prepare HR reports for management, including headcount, turnover, recruitment metrics, and training summaries.
• Maintain accurate and organized HR documentation and personnel files.
• Coordinate with Finance and other departments on HR-related procedures.
Yêu cầu
Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum work experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in HR operations and employee relations, preferably within the Pharmaceutical or FMCG industries.
• Fluent English communication skills are required for the role.
• Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor law and HR best practices.
• Experience in talent acquisition/recruitment is an advantage.
