Job Summary
In this role, you will partner closely with department leaders in workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and resolving HR-related matters - ensuring the organization always has the right people, with the right capabilities, at the right time to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Collaborate with hiring managers to plan and execute recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates.
Propose and implement improvements to the recruitment process and policies.
Research and analyze labor market trends, industry insights, and competitors' HR practices.
Performance Management:
· Build and maintain strong partnerships with
business leaders as the main HR contact for assigned departments.
· Work closely with HR functional teams to communicate, implement, and manage HR programs, policies, and procedures.
· Address employee inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive workplace environment.
· Participate in key HR projects and initiatives to drive engagement and performance.
· Employee Retention & Engagement:
· Conduct onboarding and orientation training for new hires on company culture, policies, and operational procedures.
· Implement employee assessment and retention programs aligned with company growth stages.
· Actively monitor workforce dynamics and proactively manage employee relations issues.
