Job Summary
The HRBP Specialist acts as a strategic HR partner to the Commercial Division, providing HR advisory and operational support to
business leaders and employees. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR activities for the Sales Branch, ensuring HR practices align with business objectives and support organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering
• Provide proactive HR consultation and support to managers on people-related matters.
• Support organization structure, workforce planning, and manpower budgeting aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with managers to enhance team effectiveness and organizational capability.
• Ensure HR policies and practices are implemented effectively across the business.
Talent Acquisition & Talent Management
• Manage recruitment activities for positions within the Commercial Division.
• Coordinate sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and probation evaluation processes.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key business positions.
• Support performance management activities and employee development initiatives.
• Coordinate training and development programs aligned with business needs.
Employee Relations
• Handle employee relations matters including employee concerns, workplace behavior, and HR policy implementation.
• Support compensation & benefits communication and related HR processes.
• Conduct field-based employee listening sessions and provide recommendations to management based on employee feedback.
• Coordinate resignation and offboarding procedures with relevant stakeholders.
HR Reporting & Projects
• Analyze HR metrics including turnover, recruitment efficiency, and workforce productivity.
• Prepare periodic HR reports and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Participate in HR initiatives and cross-functional projects as assigned.
• Support other HR and business projects when required.
