HRBP Supervisor (C&B)

- Implement & control C&B-related activities: labor contracts, annual salary review, performance bonuses, policies and benefits, timesheets, internal & external labor reports, etc. Responsible for data entry, checking the accuracy of data on payroll, deductions for social insurance contributions, PITs etc., ensuring completion of salary payment schedule and reporting within the prescribed deadlines.
- Check CBI data to ensure the accuracy and validity of the data and pay according to the prescribed schedule.
- Assign work to employees, supervise and check the work related to daily C&B activities to ensure work items are completed on time and achieve high efficiency.
- Work with Authorities for all the HR audits & inspections from the Labor, Tax, Social, and Internal & External departments.
- Perform some other tasks as required by HRM.
*** PIT & Administration of employee's benefits:
- Accurately calculate monthly PIT and annual PIT finalization in strict compliance with the PIT law.
- Comply with the PIT law in administering benefit practices the Company provides to employees.
*** Statutory insurance contribution:
- Accurately calculate statutory insurance contributions, including social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance, for the company and the employee respectively in strict compliance with the Social Insurance Law.
- Make payment of statutory insurance to the government on time.
- Adequately and timely administer insurance claims (for medical treatment, maternity, accidents, etc.) by the company employees.
- Ensure adequate and transparent records of statutory insurance contribution amounts for reconciliation with both the government Social insurance company and the Finance department.
*** Report:
- Complete all the required monthly reports to the Finance Department/Managing Director/Regional Management in relation to salary, PIT, SIC, and C&B-related costs.
- Complete the process of monthly SIC, insurance benefit administration, monthly PIT payment, and annual PIT finalization in strict compliance with government regulations and transparent cost/expense alignment with the Finance Department.
