HRBP Team Leader

We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position of HRBP Team Leader to join Stavian to GLOBAL with the following criteria & work:
1. HR Services
Be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee transfers, appointments, promotions, and other employee lifecycle processes.
Ensure all HR processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters, including the administration and delivery of employee benefits.
2. Employee Relations Management
Serve as a key advisor to managers and employees on employee relations matters
Handle complex ER cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and disputes
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
3. Organization Development
Manage and maintain organizational structures of assigned business units
Develop and standardize job titles, job grading, and role structures
Participate in the development and update of HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations
Ensure alignment between organizational design and business strategy
4. HR Data & Reporting
Own and manage HR data systems and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
Provide HR Report when required
5. HR Transformation & Project
Participate in and support implementation of HR transformation initiatives across the organization
