HR Shared Services Manager responsible for overseeing the compensation and benefits of, including designing, developing, implementing, and managing salary, bonus, and benefits packages for the employees of an organization,
ensure our compensation and benefits packages comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Budgeting
• Prepares annual budget and budget provision for personnel costs.
• Responsible, for monitoring and keeping track of the total HR budget, including personnel budget, training , recruitment budget, and others related budget.
• Responsible for monthly Payroll report, HC report, and reconciliation.
• Responsible for monthly FTE reports to HR Director and CPO.
Compensations and Benefit Management
• In charge of monthly payroll, social/health/unemployment insurance, PIT for local employees and expat, and year-end PIT finalizations.
• Manage payroll software system, including its operations and maintenance (if any).
• Lead Mercer annual salary survey.
• Propose and implement salary and benefits policy based on benchmarking and internal equity.
• Oversee competitive analysis, merit increases, and salary structure.
• Responsible for Compulsory and non-compulsory health insurance programs for local employees, including reviewing and renewing contracts on an annual basis, ensuring service quality and cost efficiency.
• Lead Annual health check-up activity.
Company Policies and Process Deployment
• Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers.
• Formalize, make available, and update Internal Labour Rules, Collective Labour Agreements.
• Design, evaluate, and modify benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive, and in compliance with legal requirements. Administer, direct, and review employee benefit programs.
• Advise management on such matters as equal employment opportunity, sexual harassment, and discrimination
Disciplinary management
• Resolve labor disputes and grievances, and violations of company Code of Conduct and Policies.
• Work closely with Trade Unions to facilitate disciplinary action aligned with labor law.
• Direct preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits, compensation, and personnel policies.
Team management and HR Operational
• Ensure that all administrative affairs relevant to social insurance/labor laws are complying with the law & regulations.
• Upon request, report and monitor HR KPIs (absenteeism, overtime, turnover...). Study deviations and propose solutions where needed.
• Manages, leads, and develops the C&B Team.
• Big-xu management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Functional knowledge & experiences:
• At least 5-7 years' experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager or a similar role.
• Experience in HR payroll software is preferred.
Functional skills:
• Master of Vietnam labor law.
• Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels.
• Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems.
• Networking and influencing skills.
Managerial skills:
• Strong time and stakeholder management.
REQUIRED BACKGROUND & ATTITUDE
Education: Bachelor of Human Resource Management, Finance, or relevant field.
Seniority: 5-7 years.
Language: Good command of both Vietnamese and English.
Office skills: Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software.
Attitude: Working well under pressure, hands-on, detail-oriented, and confidential.
