HSE Engineer (Newly Setup Company)

- Create a plan for monitoring the working environment and an annual occupational safety training program.
- Oversee the inspection of equipment with stringent safety requirements, including developing an inspection plan.
- Develop and enforce regulations for the use of personal protective equipment, including monitoring, inspection, and control measures.
- Work with the authorities to ensure environmental issues.
- Responsible for making environmental permits for the factory
- Manage external contractors to ensure compliance with occupational safety and health standards, including supervising their adherence to safety measures and monitoring the implementation process.
- Investigate and inspect potential hazards, collaborating with relevant departments to devise solutions for areas at risk of safety issues (e.g., installing warning signs, implementing safety measures).
- Conduct safety training for roles with high-risk manufacturing tasks.
- Enhance the working environment and conditions in hazardous areas (such as printing rooms, processing areas, etc.).
- Assess and provide recommendations for constructing necessary protective equipment for roles with specific safety requirements.
- Monitor and supervise the implementation of occupational safety practices across the company.
