Mô tả công việc

Role Description:
A health, safety, environment, Quality Regulatory (HSEQR) Specialist has to complete hazardous assignments, monitor industrial hygiene, investigate incidents, test safety gear, analyze environment regulations, make environmental reports, and review permit applications. An HSEQR specialist also has to answer questions that the public may have related to health, safety, and environment.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the implementation and maintenance of IMCD's HSEQ Policy and related Quality Management System
- Coordinate implementation of ISO certification, prepare for and schedule internal- and external audits
- Support and coordinate for Non-Conformance Reports, define and propose corrective and preventive measures
- Ensure all SOP's procedure are in place.
- Support for Export Compliance process, ongoing monitoring of the daily screening process
- Ensure HS code management, SDS management, supplier evaluation program in place.
- Ensure local legislation and governance compliance
- Timely ensuring Corrective actions plan for Customer, external, internal audits
- Support for Supplier evaluation program
- Ensure Customer complaint handling program is in place

Yêu cầu

- Bachelor degree in Chemistry / Sciences
- 3-5 years of work experience in Health, Safety, Environment & Quality roles with increasing responsibility in a reputed Industrial Chemicals business, or a consultancy role either as an expert or as an auditor.
- Ability to collect and analyze data from dispersed countries and functions. Make fact-based recommendations to improve HSEQ in IMCD
- Good project management skills
- Knowledge of the ISO standards relevant for HSEQ
- Strong written English language and editing capabilities
- Conscientious and precise individual with an eye for detail
- Drive and positive energy, an effective influencer and motivator. Excellent interpersonal skills, able to get things done through others in an international setting
