Description
Your responsibilities
Performs Quality System audits and uses quality data analytics from all parts of the operation to identify risks, failures and non-conformances within the local operations, suppliers, and customer. Assists in the application of appropriate corrective and preventive action and manages solution to closure.
Leads and executes specifically assigned projects (RCAs, problem solving, failure analysis, deployment of new initiatives, audits, etc...) related to various product lines and factories within Hub
Responsible for data collection, KPI analytics, knowledge sharing, trainings and coaching within Hub
Ensures implementation of effective internal controls to verify that process will meet customer and stakeholder requirements. Validates that control plans are applied and effective in mitigating known risks.
Represents the voice of customer within local teams, Challenges the teams with customer experience feedback and input to decisions. Enable and coaches' employees to evaluate risks, problems, and solutions from customer/stakeholder point of view.
Provides quality training to local teams enabling them to define and document processes that are efficient and under control.
Your background
Bachelor's degree in engineering.
12+ years' experience in Quality/Operations in engineering industry, or 12+experience in quality/operations/engineering functions in transformer industry.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively lead, manage, and energize cross-functional teams across multiple sites with good leadership and communication skills.
Ability to communicate and work effectively with internal customers at all organizational levels.
Fluent written and spoken English matched with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and systemic problem-solving skills with clear passion to develop and change self and others.
Open to travel to various transformer factories in APMEA Hub
Previous experience in lean six sigma methodologies, green belt/black belt certification.
