Configure and manage HubSpot CRM, Marketing, and Sales tools.
Provide first-level support to about 70 users, troubleshooting issues and offering guidance.
Design and maintain workflows, automation processes, sequences, and reports.
Stay updated: Keep abreast of the latest HubSpot features,
digital marketing trends, and CRM best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Serve as the liaison between business teams and
developers: Translate business requirements into technical specifications; Collaborate on integrating HubSpot with other systems via APIs; Test and validate custom plugins and integrations.
Ensure data integrity and maintain CRM data cleanliness.
Train and onboard team members to optimize their use of HubSpot tools.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years experience in HubSpot administration (CRM configuration, workflows, reporting, and sequences).
Proficiency in English
Basic technical understanding: Familiarity with APIs, including reading documentation and understanding endpoints; Ability to test and validate technical solutions.
Experience collaborating with developers to implement technical solutions.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge non-technical users and developers.
Knowledge of project management and marketing automation tools (a plus).
