Mô tả công việc
Human Resources:- Develop and implement Vietnam HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.- Manage recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.- Administer employee benefits, payroll, and compensation structures.- Handle employee relations issues, performance management, and conflict resolution.- Organize and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.- Maintain accurate HR records and reports.Accounting:- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.- Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy in financial transactions. Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and accounting records.- Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.- Coordinate with external auditors and facilitate audits.- Implement and improve accounting procedures and systems.- Assist to implement SAGE 300 -2024 accounting system locally.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred.- Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management and accounting roles, preferably within a similar industry or organizational size.- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labour laws, tax rules and accounting principles.- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and HR management systems.- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken).Application Process: Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover leter detailing their relevant experience and qualifications.
