Mô tả công việc

• Support the instructor in scheduling, planning, writing notices, writing reports on activities of building and operating company culture (English culture, Culture of Sharing and Cohesion, Leadership Culture, Open Thinking, ... in the Company)
• Support the instructor to brainstorm ideas and implement culture-building activities; survey and evaluation of the Company's employees on the Company's cultural activities.
• Support the instructor for the content, arrangement and layout of the notice board based on the plan and purpose from the company's activities and events.
• Support the instructor to come up with ideas for organizing events and parties for the company (contact partners for information, service quotes; find event venues, support the process of approval and payment of expenses, budget,etc.)
• Support on hosting and operating activities, events directly in the company.
• Support the instructor to observe, monitor and take care of the employees. Report and propose ideas to supplement the way of operating culture and Human Resources activities to support and guide company employees timely..
• Assist in the preparation of training documents and basic training for interns and new employees as directed
• The office paper work, office administration as demand
• Supporting Board Of Directors if necessary
• Note: All supports need to use English.

Yêu cầu

• Good communication and English skills (writing, speaking).
• Ability to think logically, arrange tasks efficiently.
• Good attitude, willing to learn, accepting challenges to develop yourself
• The knowledge and skills of teaching or translating English and having a period of experience part-time job are advantages.
• Students in English Language, Business English, English Teaching or International Relationships is prefer (Students of other majors can apply if they meet the above requirements)
• Having personal laptop
